This photography studio is 14x26 foot with 9 1/2-foot ceilings On the one end are two large windows that give incredible natural light during the day. If you prefer studio lighting there are 4 Alien Bee 600 Strobes on stands available to rent and a variety of light modifiers. If you want to bring your own, then please do!
This exceptional space is ideal for individuals and small groups. It has a heritage feel with white and grey walls and beautifully restored wide plank wood floors. It has parking for 2 cars and its own entrance and Bathroom with shower. Additional parking is on the street

Need space for hair and makeup, or a second setup? we have you covered. at 26' long there is room to shoot in both directions or have a prep area and a shooting area

The studio washroom/changeroom is accessible through a large sliding barn style door. And who doesn't like a little stylish luxury
Rates
- 150 for up to two hours
- 200 for 4 hours (best value!)
- And 50 per hour for every hour after 4
Since this is a residence with a built-in studio, we have a no nudes policy.
Extras
- 4 Alien Bee 800 Studio Strobes and stands
- 40.00 per session
- Various Modifiers to fit the Strobe heads (Alien Bee Mounts) are Included with Strobe rental
- 9 foot wide seamless paper in various colours including black, grey and white
- 30.00 per 8' section when used out onto the floor during session. no extra charge to use it just as a backdrop.
